当社は、RIMOND JAPAN様のご依頼のもと、2025年大阪・関西万博のUAEパビリオンの南・西・北面のガラスファサード全面へのフィルム施工を担当いたしました。

ドットグラデーションで印刷されたフィルムを、高所のガラスまで、細かいドットをずらさないで貼るという、高度な技術が求められる施工でした。私たちは、3M™製のグラフィックフィルム「IJ900F」など複数のフィルムを、場所や用途に応じて採用。
本施工前には、最適なデザイン・材料と工法を検証するためのサンプル施工を入念に行い、万全の体制でプロジェクトに臨みました。

パビリオンの優美な外観を演出しながら、内部の採光を最適にコントロールする。その重要な役割を、当社の高いフィルム施工技術で実現しています。また、メインのガラスファサードに加え、安全対策のため衝突防止シールの施工も担当しております。

We had the honor of undertaking a significant project for RIMOND JAPAN, handling the complete film installation for the south, west, and north-facing glass façades of the UAE Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.

This project demanded an advanced level of technical skill, involving the application of film printed with a fine dot gradation. A key challenge was meticulously applying the film to high-rise glass sections without misaligning the intricate dot pattern. To achieve the desired outcome, we utilized a range of films tailored to specific locations and purposes, including the high-performance 3M™ Graphic Film IJ900F.

Prior to the main installation, we conducted thorough sample applications to determine the optimal design, materials, and construction methods, ensuring we were fully prepared to execute the project flawlessly.

Our high-precision film application technology plays a crucial role in creating the pavilion’s elegant exterior while optimally controlling the natural light within. In addition to the main glass façades, we were also responsible for installing anti-collision safety decals to ensure visitor safety.
